Production and delivery
Each tee is printed when you order it. Production usually takes 2 to 7 business days. After that, delivery inside the US typically takes 3 to 5 business days. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping rates
United States: $4.95 for the first item and $2.40 for each additional item.
Canada: $9.95 for the first item and $4.50 for each additional item.
Everywhere else: $13.99 for the first item and $5.00 for each additional item.
Returns and exchanges
Every shirt is made to order just for you, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong size or choosing a different color. Please check the size guide before you order.
Damaged, misprinted or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or faulty, email hello@thriftem.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. Once we confirm it, we will send you a free replacement. If a replacement is not possible, we will refund the item.
Lost or undelivered parcels
If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, let us know and we will open a claim with the carrier and send a replacement once the parcel is confirmed lost.
If tracking shows your parcel as delivered, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. We cannot replace parcels marked as delivered.
Shipping address
Please double check your address at checkout. Orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout cannot be replaced or refunded, and reshipping will need to be paid for.
Cancellations
Orders go into production quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, email us within 2 hours of ordering. After that the shirt is already being made and the order cannot be cancelled.
